try to follow me… First understand ‘time’ is relative to ‘dimensions’… Angels, like satan, are not on our dimension but they do share the same space-time as we do. In the 4th and 5th dimension time is like a direction (up, down, left, right, forward, and back)… The Angel can give us the apperance they are ominpotent or omnipresence, because ‘time’ itself is alot more flexable to them. There is a range of how far forward and back in time they can go. Meaning they are still limited by ‘time’, just not as limited as we are. This is known as ‘M-theory’ and ‘string theory’ and backed by a lot of mathematics… and when you understand angles according to scripture it becomes clear what/how they live… they live on a higher dimension, or spirit world, scripture calls a heaven – the second of 3 heavens
God, does not exist in this universe or any knowable space-time, he has his own ‘heaven’ (he is in the 3rd and highest of heavens).. He sees everything, from begining to end, he is everywhere and yet no where – technically. He is not bound in anyway by atleast this space-time as us or the angels are. This is why he is ominpotent and omnipresent and clearly no – satan is not… if he were he would know the day and hour Jesus returns – and scripture tells us only god knows that – and by physics you may see why only god would know and angels do not. He sees all of it more or less, kind of sorta of, the same way you watch television, but are not in the television.
