Bananna Oatmeal for Body Building

This recipe is intended as a good breakfast for calories. There are MANY other bennifits to this aswell – packed with antioxidents, vitamins etc.. My struggle has always been getting enough healthy calories (not carbs) in my diet. I hope this helps you just as it helped me.


1 cup oats
1 cup 1% milk
1 banana
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp hemp seed
1 tbsp chia seed
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp grapeseed oil


1. Mix milk and oatmeal together. Let it sit and soak in the milk a bit while you add the other ingredients.

2. Mix everything together, stir vigorously so the mash up the bananna a bit.

3. Heat it up on the stove… You only want to warm it, so stir gently untill its a good temp for you to eat.

4. Eat it 🙂
